Heritage and culture has been an important part of the Sultanate of Oman’s progress. His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said stated that the building blocks of the future must be laid on the knowledge of the past, and Oman’s ancient traditions and rich history have provided strong foundations for the development of the country.

The Zubair Corporation is firmly committed to preserving and advancing Oman’s heritage and culture and continues to pursue ways of spreading historical and cultural knowledge.
Bait Al Zubair Foundation was established to administer the Bait Al Zubair Museum and other cultural projects. It is firmly committed to actively promoting Omani traditional and contemporary culture in conjunction with the special educational services at Bait Al Zubair Museum. It also supports and promotes local artists, and hosts a wide range of exhibitions within the galleries of the Museum.
