| Property Division was established in the very early days of the business and now owns and manages a large portfolio of properties. Key activities include property management, property development, property leasing and property maintenance. |

The division’s diverse investments include villa complexes, apartment buildings, warehouses, offices and showrooms equipped with the latest facilities for leasing, thus creating a niche in the property market. Currently, the division manages over 330 residential, commercial and industrial units in the country, and it is looking at developing more residential/commercial properties, logistics and warehousing centres, showroom and services centres, retail malls, banks, hotels, and leisure and entertainment complexes.
The Division also develops properties from concept to completion for its clients, as well as upgrading existing properties. It provides comprehensive maintenance services and can offer advice on market research, design, real estate networking and negotiations. Some of the prestigious projects it has successfully completed include The Zubair Corporation’s Corporate Office building and Bait Al Zubair Museum.
